Our Swiss friends would say Brunsli should only be made with cinnamon and cloves and only be baked and eaten at Christmas. We’ve extended the rules slightly. These spiced, chewy, brownie-like biscuits are a firm Ottolenghi favourite. At home when things are festive; delicious all year round.
